Our Team
Our team of experienced consultants & teachers have a diverse background in education, business, and other fields. We bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our families. Frani was also the owner of Elite Nannies of Naples and Gulf Coast Nannies. Additionally, she holds several degrees and is also a certified Parent Instructor. Trisha, another consultant. brings with her many years of experience in education and in working with parents. Trisha is the mother of two wonderful sons, Her advice is always highly valued.

To minimize costs ,we offer a bundled fee for most services, which is less than half of the typical agency fees of 15-20% of a nanny's annual salary,

A Parenting Solution provides professional advice tailored to your family’s needs. With the bundled package we offer 2 hours of free consulting or mediating. This may be used at any time within a year.

Enhance your parenting skills through our engaging workshops. A Parenting Solution offers sessions that cover essential topics from child development to effective communication techniques. These workshops are designed to equip you and the nanny with the tools you need to raise happy and healthy children. We offer two types of training, "Preparing for Baby", a great course for parents, as well as grandparents and Nannies, We also offer a two part "The Newborn"
